Terms and Conditions: Prize Draws
These terms and conditions apply to the following Prize Draws: PSLA, Celebrate the World Cup and Facebook/Twitter
1. No purchase is necessary
2. Only one entry per household.
3. TP Facebook competitions are open exclusively to TP's fans on Facebook, entrants will only be eligible to win if they have become a fan prior to entering the prize draw.
4. PSLA: Draws will take place on 11/12/2009, 23/04/2010 and 23/08/2010. One 12ft TP star Trampoline will be won on each date. The closing date for entries is 20/08/2010.
5. Winners will be notified within 4 weeks of every draw.
6. A full list of winners can be obtained for each draw four weeks after the relevant final draw date by sending a SAE to : TP Activity Toys, Severn Rd, Stourport on severn, Worcestershire, DY13 9EX
7. These Prize Draws are open to UK residents aged 18 years and over except TP Activity Toys employees and their families.
8. Entrants to the draws must ensure that the details are completed correctly.
9. To enter any Prize Draw please complete the on line entry form or, where provided, the voucher. Entries on plain paper can be sent to TP Activity Toys, Severn Rd, Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 9EX. Please provide your name and address and mark your entry with the name of the Draw eg PSLA Prize Draw. The Prize Draw Manager cannot be held responsible for obtaining or collecting completed entry forms.
10. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Correctly completed entries only can be accepted. Delayed, damaged, lost, incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible for entry and will not be entered.
11. The winning entries are at the discretion of the prize draw manager. The decision of the Prize Draw Manager is final and no correspondence may be entered into.
12. The prizes cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent nor may a cash alternative be offered in any circumstances.

Premiership Tickets

Terms and conditions
1. The competition is open to all Muddy Puddles purchasers who buy goods from Muddy Puddles between 00.01hrs (UK time)on March 8th 2010 until midnight 8th August 2010 (UK time). One entry is permitted per order.
2. First prize is £1000 worth (at RSP) of TP equipment . 5 Runners Up prizes of £100 (at RSP) of TP equipment.
3. Purchasers will receive instructions for the competition when they make their Muddy Puddles purchase and enter the competition via www.tptoys.com/winwithmuddypuddles
4. No cash alternative is available
5. Winners and Runners Up will be chosen at Random from all correct and valid entries
6. Winners and Runners Up will be announced on the TP Toys and Muddy Puddles websites and notified by 22 August 2010. The name of the winner and the runners up will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the following address TP Toyd, Severn Rd, Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire , DY13 9EX requesting details of the winning entry.
