Yes. You can request to return an item online within 7 days of receipt. We will contact you to arrange collection of the item; the charge  for this service is £20. You may arrange for the delivery back to us yourself .You are responsible for the package until it has been signed for at our warehouse, in which case we suggest obtaining trackable insured postage.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, we will charge you a reasonable sum for the reduction in value the goods have incurred. If you have assembled a product it cannot be returned unless found to be faulty.

We provide a  free next working day delivery  to UK mainland addresses for orders placed before 1pm. Next working day is defined as Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays and goods can arrive anytime from 8am to 6pm.  Our carriers achieve well over 98% next day deliveries on time  but occasionally they will not due to circumstances beyond our control. We request your understanding in this respect.

Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

All our climbing frames are sold as self assembly and we do not provide a building service. However our Centre of Excellence do offer this additional service for which there will be a charge. All TP timber is pressure treated so staining is not necessary to maintain the performance of your product within its guarantee period. However, if you do wish to stain it for aesthetic reasons, use any good water based wood stain available from a reputable DIY store.

TP's lifetime guarantee against rust causing failure and wood rot applied to the first purchaser only and was intended to cover the play lifetime of the children for whom it was bought. This period normally equated to a maximum of ten years from date of purchase. For greater clarity for its customers ,Robovision Ltd t/as TP Toys has replaced the 'lifetime guarantee' with a  10 year guarantee.

This manufacturer' s guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

The guarantee covers failure due to rust which is defined as a perforation or breakage of the steel tubing. Nuts, bolts and fittings are not covered by this guarantee. The guarantee is not a cover against surface rust for which maintenance instructions are included with the product. We advise that should surface rust appear it should be rubbed down with course sandpaper or wire wool and retouched with a non toxic galvanised paint suitable for outdoor use.

Trampoline Frame

Is the frame made from heavy duty galvanised steel? That makes it suitable for all year round use. Ask the weight of the trampoline in its box. its a good guide to the strength of the frame. Generally the heavier, the better

Trampoline Pads

Trampoline pads are important as they protect the jumper from impact with the trampoline frame or springs. They are also the most vulnerable part of a trampoline in terms of resisting wind, rain, sun and frost. Check if the pads are guaranteed not to absorb water. Soggy pads are less effective, rot quickly and will make you wet when you lean against them. Its worth making sure that they are substantial both in depth and width. The trampoline pads should cover the springs, be securely attached to the frame, and not tear off in the wind.

Trampoline Springs

The better the spring, the better the bounce. Simply ask how many, how long and how strong? The low cost springs used in cheaper trampolines lose their memory especially if used by adults. A trampoline spring that will not spring back to its original shape is soon a disappointment and of little value.

Trampoline Mat

The mat is should be soft and smooth to touch to ensure it doesn’t hurt your child’s skin. Ask how the springs attach to the mat. A D ring system of attachment, rather than hooking the spring directly into the material, will greatly extend the life of the mat. 

Weight limits are important because they indicate the strength and durability of the trampoline. Responsible manufacturers will always err on the side of caution with trampoline weight recommendations. For example, an athletic 60kg teenager will pose a greater challenge to the robustness of a trampoline than a sedate 80kg adult. Quite simply, the greater the height achieved by the bouncer, the greater the loading on the springs. It is worth investing in a trampoline with a weight limit well in excess of your current needs. As families grow, users will get heavier not lighter.

As for whether the weight limit can refer to more than one user, clearly it could, but we very strongly advise against multiple person use on the grounds of trampoline safety. Multiple person use is the most common cause of accidents on trampolines. It can result in collisions or falls due to the bounce of one trampolinist destabilising another, especially where there is a significant weight difference between the jumpers. Evidence from published international studies indicates multiple person use of any large trampoline, whatever the shape, size or make, is potentially dangerous. As a responsible manufacturer we think it is important to highlight important trampoline safety guidelines that you should follow if you purchase a large trampoline. Using a trampoline without due regard to them can result in serious accidents.

The trampolines are not guaranteed wind damage, it is advisable that in strong winds or very exposed areas that you may want to purchase an anchor down kit. This will help the keep your trampolines frame in place however in very extreme weather it may be advisable to take the trampoline down as winds can lift trampolines and throw them about.
