Q What replacement parts are their for the trampoline. Is is possible to buy/fit another surround safe net in the future if the origanal needed replacing, for example the net was torn or the zip up part?

Q Hi I havent been able to find any safety information about the enclosure of the trampolines, if a child bounces into the net enclosure are they able to come in contact with the frame or any hard frame parts that may be protected only by the padding. Otherwords i need to know if a child was using the trampolines is there still any chance of serious injury of colliding or hitting the hard surfaces that are still padded? Q how can you teather the trampoline down in high winds with the spider legs?

There is a Surroundsafe Ground Stake pack which is compatible with this trampoline, and will secure the feet into the ground.

The 14ft refers to the diameter of the frame work. The distance including the opposing feet is 481cm.

The Genius Octagonal & Round Trampolines, are our top of the range trampolines. Both have the same product guarantees however there are a few differences between the two. For example the Octagonal Trampoline features what we call "intelligent feet."Therefore the feet pivot slightly which helps stabilize the product if the product is built on uneven ground. The Genius round does not have this facility. The Genius Octagonal will take up extra space on the ground as we measure the footprint of the item by measuring the frame of the trampoline. The 10ft Genius round will take 10ft/305cm of space on the gound, however the Octagonal trampoline will require 359cm of space as the legs stick out from the frame! The other main difference is that the Octagonal deliver a more predictable vertical bounce than the standard circular frame. The Octagonal visual design also stands out a lot more than the Genius round, the Genius round will blend in better in the garden.
