Q we recently purchased the 9ft zoome trampoline and also purchased the ladder which we were told was compatable..How should this be fitted as there are no openings in the padded entrance piece to hook the ladder onto and we are reluctant to cut the pad..If we attach the ladder underneath then the entrance flap does not then fit over the ladder..thanks

The ladder is specifically designed for use with the TP Genius trampolines which have openings in the entrance pad to accommodate it.

Q So, do you have a ladder for the Zoomee (9ft) trampoline? Or should we buy this one and cut into the skirt and pad?

No, sorry, we do not have a ladder specifically designed for the Zoomee trampoline. The TP Genius range has the cut outs you refer to that accommodate the ladder. So if you do want to use this ladder, you would need to cut into the skirt and the pad as you suggest but please note that may affect the durability of the surround. Thank you.

Q Does this ladder have 2 or 3 rungs (steps)? The ladder in the 8ft Activo Surroundsafe picture shows 3 but this only shows 2. Many thanks Jan Stanley
