From ordering to recieving it took 3 days which was amazing, considering Argos for the same product had a 2 week lead time. We had a slight issue where it appears the nuts and bolts were lost in transit, however customer service rectified this and we had them within 2 days. Simply cannot fault the service. The Climbing frame itself its brilliant, very sturdy my 6 year old is very happy.

We love TP toys. We bought them for our children, then our
grandchildren who are in their twenties, now we have another
flurry of grandchildren and we are buying TP Toys again for their
main evens, christmas, birthdays etc. TP toys have proved to help
children be inventive, creative and have years and years of fun.
The garden toys we have bought over the years are multi swings
(when they were metal with the swing, sea saw, swing boat, slide,
climbing frame with green tent (bought twice) Trampoline bought
15 years ago, purchased another for our current brood of grandchildren, and we are this year replacing the 15 yr old trampoline with another for our 11 yr old autistic grandchild who "bounces" for hours be it rain or shine. We have three generations of fun with TP.
Delivered when requested. Put up and looking good and is nice and chunky. Not fitted various swings yet as this is a Xmas present for Grandchildren. Very pleased so far
Absolutely perfect for us. Very solid and well made. Extremely easy to put together, following the instructions. Our 3 year old is loving being able to use the climbing frame and slide completely independently.
