Fitness has so many benefits for both you and your child, helping you both to burn off some much-needed energy and keeping you both mentally alert. Keeping them active in the day will lead to a well-deserved good night’s sleep for the whole family. 

We have done the thinking for you on 5 easy ways for you to keep the whole family fit in the comfort of your own home – the key is to keep it fun and in disguise, so they won’t even notice

1. Aint No Party Like An S-Club Party!

2. Turn your front room into the centre of Zen 

It is thought 300 million people practise yoga worldwide, so could your little one become the master of zen? Yoga can have huge benefits for children. Physically it enhances flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness and mentally it improves their concentration and sense of calmness, aiding their ability to relax.

3. Get out in the garden!

Jotting down a plan of what you want to achieve in your day with provide your little ones with a structure, so they will know what to expect, making things a lot more manageable for you!
