How do I use SLICE IT?

When you shop online at, please select Klarna finance at checkout  to apply for a Klarna Account. If you are approved, Klarna will create an account for you and your order will be placed. Every time you shop with SLICE IT with any registered retailers, you only need to agree to the purchase and will not need to sign up again. The order amount will be added to your total balance.

I have been asked to go to Klarna's site, is this correct?

If you have chosen to pay with SLICE IT by Klarna, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna where you can settle your payments with your card or with a bank transfer.

Can I pay less than amount owed each month?

Yes. You can at any time choose to start paying the minimum monthly payment instead, However please note that you will incur interest at 18.9% APR (variable) on the remaining balance. 

What if I am late paying or miss a payment?

You will automatically start to incur interest on the remaining balance for any future payments. (18.9% APR variable).

Do I need to be 18?

SLICE IT is only available to people aged 18 or over and is an online exclusive payment method.

How do I manage my Klarna Account?

Log in to the customer portal at at any time day or night, to review your purchases and settle your monthly statement. If you need further assistance, you can contact the Klarna free local customer care team by phone 020 300 50833 or via online chat at Klarna Customer Services.

How is my statement sent?

If you chose to make SLICE IT Payments, Klarna will send you an email with instructions on how to make the payment and a link to the payment page. Simply enter your statement number into the payment page and follow the instructions. If you do not have your statement number to hand, just contact Klarna’s Customer Service.

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

If you want to make a purchase with SLICE IT from Klarna, you need to provide your mobile phone number and your email address. Your mobile number is required in case Klarna need to reach you. All statements will be sent to your email address. It is very important, that you enter the correct details at checkout on, as otherwise, you will not receive the payment information and so be liable for delayed payment fees.

Is my payment information safe?

Klarna processes payment information securely via their site. No payment information is transferred to Robovision t/a TP Toys or held by us. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

How does the payment page work?

If you have received your goods and want to pay your statement, log in at and sign in with the statement number (provided in the email) and the email address you entered upon ordering. If you do not have your statement number to hand, contact Klarna’s Customer Service.

I haven't received an email with my statement/payment information.

Please contact Klarna’s Customer Service team on 020 300 50833. They will be able to provide you with the payment details, and if needed resend the instruction email.

May I deliver to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. When selecting Klarna as a payment method, you can choose to deliver the goods to an address other than your billing address. At the checkout on, you will be given the option to enter a separate delivery address.

Have you received my payment?

After Klarna has received your payment, they will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, please get in contact with Klarna's Customer Service with a proof of payment. 

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

If you would like to return goods or cancel your order, we ask you to contact customer services on 01525 722723 or email You should also contact Klarna Customer Service  who will make any necessary adjustments to the statement and provide further help if needed.

What happens to my invoice, when I have returned the goods?

Once TP Toys have received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement will be sent to you if you have made a partial return. With a full return, your statement will be closed.

I have received an invoice, but I have not yet received my goods

You should of course not pay your statement until you have received your goods. In this case, we would ask that you contact on 01525 722723 and get an update on your order. You should also contact Klarna Customer Service so that they can postpone the due date on your payment.

How will I be refunded?

If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you paid using bank transfer, you will need to provide Klarna your IBAN number in order for us to make the repayment.
