Installation of Vuly Thunder terms and conditions

  1. 1.       The installation offer for the Vuly Thunder is only available to the following postcodes Before ordering please check your postcode is in the list

  1. 2.       Installation is not available in Scotland, offshore UK and certain restricted postcodes.   Please call for more information regarding deliveries to Scotland and restricted mainland UK postcodes.
  2. 3.       The installation will be arranged with our Build Team who will contact to arrange a suitable day for this.  Any cancellations of this date needs to be communicated to the Build Team and not dealt with by our Customer Services team.  The Build Team will provide full contact details.
  3. 4.       The Build Team require that all ground to be assembled upon is as level as possible, the team will not undertake any groundwork in order for the trampoline to be assembled correctly and in accordance with the instructions.
  4. 5.       Trampolines will only be assembled on grass, not on decking, patios, slabs or gravel
  5. 6.       It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that all the components, fixtures and fittings required to assemble the trampoline are at the agreed assembly location prior to the agreed assembly date and time.  Failure to do so will result in an additional charge being made for any return visits that are required to complete the assembly.
  6. 7.       The installation team will endeavour to ensure their employees attend site at the time and on the date agreed. However, they do not accept any liability for any loss or damage for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, i.e. weather conditions, traffic hold up, breakdowns etc. No compensation will be offered under these circumstances.
