Does this set include the small or large nest swing seat?
The Eagle set has the small nest swing included
I've just received this'swing & already I've noticed there is huge cracks in the wooden frame, on one length it's nearly all the way along. It's to be used for my kids bday party but I'm now unsure to assemble it as I'm afraid the cracks will make it unsafe. Do they normally come this way or is it a fault.
Our round wood frames are rustic in appearance. The heartwood that they are made from naturally has cracks and splits. These cracks will change over time due to atmospheric conditions. When wet, the wood will take in water, swell and the cracks will close up (not disappear), when dry the wood contracts and the cracks will open up. Whilst this can sometimes seem alarming, the round timber frames are designed and dimensioned to ensure these natural characteristics do not have an impact upon the structural integrity of the frame. All of our wood play frames are rigorously tested by an independent test house and fully comply with the relevant European toy safety regulations.
Could you use a quadpod seat on this frame?
The Quadpod is compatible but you would need to move the fixings in accordance with the instructions.
Would the large neat swing fit this ?
The large nest swing takes up two swng spaces on a frame so would not fit this single frame.
What are the measurements of the best swing that come supplied in this package?
This swing is supplied with the 89cm Nest swing
Is this frame compatible with a baby seat? And how easy is it to change between the best and a different swing type? Thanks
This frame is compatible with all of our baby seats, changing should take approximately 10 minutes or you can purchase caribineers from our spares that make this quicker.
