Excellent sturdy wooden frame - looks larger in real life than I had expected, even having measured out the area of our garden beforehand using the measurements given online. Looks like it’ll last for years.

Delivery appalling - only half arrived. Impossible to contact the company, had to be an internet detective to find a phone number that anyone would answer to chase the missing parts!
Wood has numerous splits along its length, having been assembled less than a month. Had a few before assembly but now many more have appeared. Company has not responded to contact for over a week about this.
