I had a problem and wrote to TP head office. The problem was sorted very quickly to our complete satisfaction.
The two items we ordered were the trapeze and rings and the 3 in 1 activity swing. These are to go onto the TP metal two swing set we bought from John Lewis for our Five year old grandchild and the 21/2 year old twins. Think they will have great fun with them for many years.
Our children had TP climbing frame and many attachments and that lasted a very long time and gave them and their friends hours of entertainment.
We really love the playhouse and outdoor kitchen set we bought for our 2.5 year old. I can see she’ll get several summers use from it. It arrived quickly and I liked the fact O could choose my delivery day. The playhouse is great really colorful, sturdy and fun. The kitchen is the best our daughter loves the outside tap and it’s ecological too as the water can be easily reused. Highly recommend.

We bought the TP Explorer metal climbing frame with jungle run and slide 3 years ago for our 4 small kids. It has been fantastic. They all love it from ages 2 to 7 and for many years to come I am sure. As it is metal it is light enough to move for mowing the grass etc but sturdy for lots of use. They have ripped the cover but I bought a new one at a low cost. They love climbing on the jungle run, going inside the den and using the slide. It is great value for money. We would definitely recommend.
