Delivery

Delivery charges are shown at checkout dependant on the items you order and may be subject to change at times. 

We offer standard and nominated day delivery services and you can even get your order next day** this service is Monday – Friday.   We do not offer a weekend delivery service.  Certain services cannot be offered in certain postcode areas due to carrier restrictions and these services will not be shown at checkout when this is applicable. 

The delivery service is UK mainland only.  Certain postcodes are excluded and delivery to Scottish Highlands is calculated at checkout. Scottish Highlands deliveries are 3-5 working days from dispatch. We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses or to Northern Ireland.  

We aim to deliver orders within the delivery timescales specified but these are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period.

When purchasing for a special occasion or if you are arranging for a third-party contractor to build your purchase, please ensure that your delivery date allows sufficient time to fully check your purchase and contact us should you find any discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. We do not offer compensation for late delivery of orders or any subsequent costs incurred. We will however strive to rectify any issues in a timely manner.

We will deliver goods to your specified address where reasonably practicable. The delivery window is between 8am and 6pm unless a timed delivery service has been purchased. You can request that your order is left in a specified safe place, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your instructions.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS to advise the expected delivery date.  If you are not in to accept your delivery on the advised day, the courier will leave the goods in a place, they deem to be safe, at your property or with a neighbour. We are unable to take responsibility for orders that are left at your property on the advised day of delivery if you are not there to accept the goods.  You can email us customerservice@tptoys.com with a safe place up to 9am on the day of your delivery.

Please be advised that some of our products are delivered in packaging with images of the contents. We are unable to deliver in plain packaging so if you are ordering for a present please bear this in mind.
