Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order prior to receiving a shipped notification, please contact us immediately.  We try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and once the order is in our warehouse system, we are unable to cancel the process.    The quickest way to contact us is either using the chat feature on site or call 01525 722769.  

Should you wish to cancel after the order has reached our warehouse system or has been dispatched this will be subject to returns charge as set by our carriers which we will quote at the time of the request.   This fee will be deducted from any refund processed.  

If the order is refused upon delivery, then this will also be subject to the returns charge unless the goods are refused as damaged.

If you wish to return an order or refuse your delivery, the appropriate fees will be deducted from your refund.
