Product Safety Notice

These products were sold through tptoys.com and other retailers from 2017 to 2024. We have identified a potential safety risk: If an infant leans back in the seat while not secured with the harness, the Foldaway Baby Swing Seat may tip backward with the possibility that the infant may fall out. It is imperative that the swing is not positioned over a hard surface, and that the safety harness be used to prevent the risk of serious head injury or death. This is stated on our safety instructions so it is important that these are followed correctly to ensure safe play.

What you need to do:
To ensure safe use of your swing seat:
1. Read the Important safety instructions before first use and at regular intervals.
2. The Safety Harness MUST be used at ALL times to secure the infant into the Folding Swing Seat.
3. NEVER position your swing frame on a hard surface such as concrete or asphalt. Suitable surfaces are grass, sand, or a recognised play surface.
