"I bought this for my granddaughter’s second birthday with the mud kitchen and she loved it. It is well made and sturdy enough. It took a while to paint, but that was my fault for wanting to use three colours. Once painted it only took about an hour and a half to put up (the mud kitchen was a bit more fiddly). Really recommend this playhouse."

"Very thin wood. Relatively easy to assemble with 2 people. Bought shutters separately which really adds to the play potential but they have no fastening and flap about in a breeze so going to have to buy and fix fastenings. Also one of the shutters doesn't close so going to have to take it off it's hinges and rehang. The wood is not treated so be prepared for another day or so to stain or paint it all. We have put shingles on the roof to help it last longer too which is another day's work!"

The item arrived in a flat pack, and my husband put it together in no time. My daughters are thoroughly enjoying it. It's good quality and not flimsy. "A little disappointed as the wood is quite flimsy. We placed extra pieces of wood underneath for support under the entrance and the front section has already split after a few days of cold, wet weather. Inside has warped too, despite being treated before being placed in the garden."
