lots of extra effort needed but fun end product for the children.

"Very thin wood. Relatively easy to assemble with 2 people. Bought shutters separately which really adds to the play potential but they have no fastening and flap about in a breeze so going to have to buy and fix fastenings. Also one of the shutters doesn't close so going to have to take it off it's hinges and rehang. The wood is not treated so be prepared for another day or so to stain or paint it all. We have put shingles on the roof to help it last longer too which is another day's work!"

"I was excited to purchase the Clover cottage and it's accessories for my three daughters aged 3,4 and 5 but was slightly worried it might be a little flimsy. The item arrived in a flat pack, and my husband put it together in no time. My daughters are thoroughly enjoying it. It's good quality and not flimsy. All in all great value and would highly recommend."

"A little disappointed as the wood is quite flimsy. We placed extra pieces of wood underneath for support under the entrance and the front section has already split after a few days of cold, wet weather. Inside has warped too, despite being treated before being placed in the garden."
