Looks good, very hefty swing frame

"Got the double swing, picked the "Everest Squarewood" as I want this to last. Hadn't appreciated how heavy it would be, definitely a two-person job for the final assembly and positioning. Rather than having the wood sitting on the ground, we dug the holes closer together and balanced each leg on a brick, and then concreted them in with their metal anchor. The finished job looks pretty good, nearly finished a 5l tin of green garden paint giving it a double coat before assembly. I was disappointed in condition of the timbers, some abrasions and the A-frame cross pieces were different lengths. Also the main beam was almost 10cm shorter than the instructions said, but still seem to have enough spacing for the swings themselves."

Sturdy bit of kit

"A great upgrade on the old Plum swing set we had. It’s more like something you’d see at the local park rather than in a garden (it’s pretty big). I’ve not done the anchors yet but it doesn’t even move with my two children on it (6 and 3 years old). The only reason I’ve not give 5 stars, is I think the ends in contact with the ground should be cut so they are flat once built; and dipped in paint to protect the timber from wet ground. I did paint them myself. In summary; great swing frame and I would recommend it."
