But TP toys customer service was actually really good - nobody wants to deal with an unhappy customer! But they were very apologetic and collected the damaged item and did a full refund."

The door and the opening windows were a great hit, she took great delight in 'inviting in her special people (two and four legged) Ordering and delivery were faultless and it took only about 20 mins for my sons to assemble it. The colours are lovely and it is well worth the cost. A great investment!"

"Looked fun and colourful so decided to buy for my 14 month grandson. Told first one was ‘lost’ before delivery so another one sent. It arrived with a smashed white panel. Asked for a refund as the house is flimsy and poor quality. Could not recommend this play house. It’s cheaper than others but steer clear !!"

"Brilliant playhouse, my 4 and 2 year old granddaughters absolutely love it, for the price its amazing. The company did say next day delivery, however it was Bank Holiday and it took a week to deliver. Any questions re delivery were answered very promptly and they were very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone."

"This is the sweetest little cottage, the children love playing in it. I extremely love the attention to detail with the stickers that once placed are 100% permanent; on the plastic. It has a door and two windows that open creating a real homely feeling. The only thing that lets it down is the house it self seems quite flimsy."
