"This is my third tent on the explorer frame I bought 24 years ago. It is much easier to assemble than earlier versions. The plastic is not as sturdy, and I hope the children won't figure out how to take off the Velcro, but the wind hasn't been able to take it off, and it has a nice colour"

Q&A

Does the den and platform need to be removed during the winter?
The canvas parts of the explorer can be left outside be we do recommend they are removed in winter months when not during use for further longevity
Does the replacement den fit the TP843 (TP Explorer 2) climbing frame? There's also the TP838 and the TP842. They all look the same size. Are they the same size and is the replacement den a universal fit? Thanks

The den material can be wiped down with a mild solution of washing liquid and water. It should not be machine washed
