Delighted with this beautiful Playhouse

"This is an absolutely gorgeous playhouse for our 2 year old granddaughter, it arrived very promptly and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautifully finished all the wooden components were, no nasty splinters for little hands, very high quality. It was easy to weatherproof, we used Cuprinol Garden Shades in Lemon Slice, a pale yellow which looks lovely with the green of the garden, very sunny. Assembly definitely took two people but was easy, the instructions are very good and clear to follow. We found that pre-drilling the holes for the screws saved a lot of effort. This is a lovely piece of play furniture which will give our granddaughter many hours of pleasure, it was a good price and is excellent quality and very well designed."

Great playhouse

"We’re really pleased with the playhouse and mud kitchen. Although the initial product we received was faulty, TP Toys resolved the issue quickly and sent out a replacement straight away, which was much appreciated. The playhouse itself was straightforward to assemble, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. It’s a fantastic addition to our garden for our little boy, and we can already tell it’s going to provide years of fun. One thing to note is that the wood isn’t treated, so it requires several coats of paint—the first coat in particular soaks in quickly. Painting the windows and doors can also be a bit fiddly since the panels aren’t removable. That said, these minor drawbacks are understandable given the relatively affordable price compared to similar options, and they certainly don’t take away from the overall quality. We still have a few finishing touches to complete, but it already looks fantastic in our chosen colour scheme and makes a really smart feature in the garden."

Please any suggestions how to treat this with child friendly stain? Also does it come with wooden flooring?
The Hideaway Playhouse shoudl be treated with a water based child friendly outdoor wood treatment/paint, your local DIY store should be able to advise you further on this. The Hideaway does come with a floor
Is it rain proof? Like no leaks inside.
