Had to add some handles for safety and plan to add more steps on the stairs as they are quite far apart, also will need to felt the roof to make it watertight. Almost great

"Really good service with a damaged panel being reported and redelivered within a week. The instructions are wrong in a number of places (the coding of screws is a simple fix to get right), and the panels for the house itself are flimsy and the timber doesn't appear to be significantly dried or outdoor treated so I've needed to put on several coats of paint to try to preserve it. It doesn't give the option of having the ladder on the other side, by having an option of having the door the other way which is a bit disappointing too. Finally the steps aren't great, I'm going to have to make my own where the steps are parallel to the floor, not sure why such a simple design change couldn't be brought in without needing the DIY. Otherwise everything good."

"Great size, no too big should hopefully last for years. It was missing a panel on delivery but a quick email and response it was rectified and correct part sent out with no hassle. Took about 3 hours with 2 people to build and the children love it. Could do with having an extra step on the ladder but we have added one"
