As its the Builder swing set you will have to select which swings you want.
Product 829B. Just checking that I can buy 2 TV Quadpod seats for this swing as I have twin 1 year olds.

What swing seats does it originally come with? And what are the measurements of the width and height of the frame?
When buying through the builder you can choose which swing seats you want
What would suggest to keep the wood in good condition
The wood is pre-treated but for aesthetic reasons you could apply a yearly water based stain
