      FAQs

It is supplied with ground anchors that must be concreted in as per the instructions.

The add ons can be purchased separately and added on at a later date.

Currently, our pre-made sets include the slide. If you'd like to purchase the climbing frame without it, you'll need to buy the tower and any additional accessories separately.

Yes the Quadpod swing seat is compatible with the Skywood Swing Arm.

The monkey bars are not tested for use with a swing seat. Attaching a swing to that area could put undue pressure on the frame, which may pose safety risks for the children.

Perfect combo for a small play area

"Really pleased with this climbing frame and slide combo. It was great that we could configure the equipment to best fit the space whilst maximising play and climbing options. The size is great and will ensure years of fun ahead. Easy to build with most holes drilled and the prices of wood labelled so you don’t have to spend ages looking for things. There was an issue with our slide but it was replaced quickly. Really impressed with the quality, speed of build and know there is a great range of add ons in time if we want to extend."

Good product pretty easy to put together

"I’m not the best DIYer but I found the packs well organised and the instructions very clear. And all the pieces were there! Adding the monkey bars required a little improvisation but everything else was exactly as per the guidance. The grand kids love it - though they do want a compatible fireman’s pole!"

      — Colin C. (5/5)

      Skywood

"Ordered on thursday and recieved on saturday. We lost the instructions sonwe emailed and within 5 minutes we recieved an email back with the instructions. The kids aged 9 and 6 absolutely love it. Comes with everything you need includong the anchors to secure so no need to purchase anything seperatley. Love the idea that you upgrade and add on any other skywood products. Was definately worth the purchase"

      — Jade G. (5/5)

      Climbing frame

"This climbing frame is absolutely amazing. It was so easy to put together with everything piece of wood labeled, pre-drilled holes and easy to follow instructions. The kids absolutely love it (and us adults too if I’m being honest!) Couldn’t recommend both the frame and company enough."

      — Mrs S. (5/5)

"Customer Service was brilliant. Unfortunately, the climbing frame was bought as a present. which the parents didn’t want (I still think they made a big mistake). TP toys were brilliant in having to cancel the order within half an hour of it being delivered. Great to deal with and clearly not the first time this has happened. 🤔"

      — Mr (5/5)

      Great product

"Lovely product, arrived very promptly with lots of notifications for delivery. It was easy to interpret the instructions and looks great quality. We had one minor issue, but it was dealt with so quickly, the customer service was fantastic."

      — Gemma D. (5/5)

      Perfect gift for our grandchildren

"Great gift for our granddaughters. It’s really sturdy and Building it was fairly straightforward forward with clear instructions. We are looking to extend it with add on parts in the future. In"

      The skyward tower was very

"The skyward tower was very complicated to put together and took much longer than described to assemble. Would be better if parts like the wobbly bridge were already pre assembled. Overall a strong and sturdy play set with many years of play for my children."

      — Lisa M. (5/5)

      Lovely slide

"Very nice play equipment. Nice and sturdy my daughter loves it. The slide is a good length. It does launch you off a bit at the end. The structure looks like a playhouse which is nice we have been adding bits to make it more like a “treehouse” hide out. Great delivery. All the pieces arrived as they should nothing missing. Good quality wood. Took some time putting together but a lot of that was because our ground wasn’t already flat."

"UNTRUSTWORTHY UNRELIABLE PEOPLE WHO RELY ON FALSE ADVERTISING TO GET LARGE AMOUNTS OF PEOPLES MONEY THAT THEY THEN REFUSETO REFUND WHEN THEY FAIL TO DELIVER WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AVOID"
