Good product unhelpful customer service

"Slide was purchased to go with a slide brought earlier - I wasn’t aware it wouldn’t work with the slide I had brought but only with the wave slide. Contacted customer service to return they wanted photos to decide if it was ok to return, accepted the return and charged £19. 95 to return - the slide extension cost £19. 99 . Totally unrelenting and thus seemed excessive considering original deliver was less than £3 in cost. Disappointed as had purchased Tp toys some twenty years ago via John Lewis and been very pleased with them"

My grandson loves it

"The extension is a great addition to the CrazyWavy slide. My grandson loves it because he slides smoothly off the end of the slide and his mum loves because he doesn't get dirty trousers. It connects easily and firmly to the slide and is easy to detach for storage at the end of the day. I purchased this in a flash sale and I think it was very good value at £24. 98, including delivery."

"The slide extension is a must in my opinion. Prevents a worn patch on the lawn, stops kids getting muddy, and adds a bit of sliding distance. Great add on for the Treetops Wooden Playhouse slide. I'm not sure if it's officially compatible with that slide, but I put some ground pegs into the extension to stop it coming apart."

What width is the slide extension please. I have no idea which slide I have, so if I cam have the measurements I can see if it will fit.

There is not a slide extension for the wavy slide on this playhouse

This is only compatible with the TP CrazyWavy slide which is 2.5m long
Is this compatible with the green ripple slide?
The slide extension is only compatible with the CrazyWavy slide body. The Ripple slide has a drop off at the end so cannot be extended
