Solid frame but quality concerns

"The frame itself is solid and a huge improvement to our old metal frame we had with it being tall enough for my oldest to swing on properly. The only concern is the splits that come in the wood which is natural but a concern for strength and durability but I had been advised that this is okay and will close up once exposed to moisture"

Ok but getting thinner wood each year

"This is our third one, first one lasted longer than the second, second and third are shown in photos. I’m sure TP will tell me that the wood is same size and quality (they did last time I pointed out it’s getting less substantial). See for yourself in the photos and you decide….. stop going cheap TP is what I say, you’re still charging for a premium product so make sure that’s what you supply. Which is why I can only give an average star rating for a now average product that does not differentiate itself from any of the other suppliers out there."

Good product. Delivery poor

"Ordered a three seat swing easily on the website. However there is no number to call if you have a query, a major drawback. Their “chat” function promises to respond within a few hours(!) When they did respond (by email) they were helpful. They used Tufnells to deliver and we had one delivered parcel (of 4) delivered to the wrong house and the remainder got lost. We then had to wait a week for the next delivery. 5 stars for product which we had purchased previously minus one star for delivery. A point to remember with these Swings is that the bolts need tightening up every couple of years or so otherwise you end up with a wobbly swing. This is just natural as they wood shrinks."

"We brought this because we wanted two standard swing for no arguments and a boat swing. It went up quick and well. My husband did most of it by himself. We moved it into place together and used a post digger to secure it."
