is the bottom blue circle cushion included or is it just mesh and i have to buy the cushion from somewhere else

I have a round wood triple frame. With 2 x swings and 1x pirate ship. Swing. Which bracket does this clip too? Is one swing bracket strong enough or do you need an adapter to clip to 2 or is there a different fixing I need?

Can you use this with a double metal swing frame?
