"Quality, sturdy frame for allowing you to personalise what activities you want fitted. After sales customer service is spot on. The courier only delivered twelve of the thirteen packages of the delivery. Contacted customer services and they sorted it all out for next day delivery. Instructions for building the set were clear and easily readable for a novice DIYer. Most tools included so all that was actually needed was my cordless drill and a couple of different sized drill bits. Ground fixing spikes are included but this set is sturdy enough to be used without as I found out due to my little one being impatient and playing on it before I had a chance to completely finish the building process. With an annual coat of wood treatment, as per all outside timber products, this set will last for many years of fun. Neighbours have already said how good it looks."

Decent but a complicated build and very poor logistics
"The swing set it’s self is lovely but you need some pretty heavy duty power tools and to be a pretty skilled DIYer to put the thing together. Modifications needed to be made along the way as parts didn’t fit as described in the instructions. My biggest issue was with the logistics. When the items arrived 2 packs were missing, then only one showed up, the ‘compact legs’ were sent in error, we had to chase up the missing delivery and request the correct item and then only one of them turned up. Sorting out these errors took time and left my son waiting for his birthday present for weeks. So overall a disappointing expirience"

- on this frame, can we hang a baby swing seat, in the space where the button swing seat is pictured?
- The extension is designed for the button swing seat only. This is due to there only being enough space for one swing collar.
- How is this best secured to the ground? With anchors? Does it come with anchors?
- The frame must be fitted with the supplied anchors that must be concreted in as per the assembly instructions
