"Once our slide finally arrived, we absolutely loved it! It was really easy to assemble onto our wooden frame and looks great. Unfortunately, the delivery service was terrible. Despite speaking to customer service, who were very helpful, the slide was delivered without any notice, left on our driveway while we were out, and with no one available to receive it. "Paid £79 for this item alongside a tent cover to add to the frame I already bought from the company my mistake I ordered wrong size I then ordered the correct size at £119 but was disappointed after lots of phone calls and emails regarding this I eventually got this item collected with a very steep £30 collection charge even though the same delivery and collection courier because of this and the stress of trying to make contact with the company I personally would not use this company again"

The delivery driver did manoeuvre the slide over the side gate and left it there, luckily no damage was done to the slide or the bits I was storing there.
