"TP Explorer Black Edition Climbing frame purchased in June arrived quickly and was well packaged. It took a while to set up by myself but instructions were clear and easy to follow. Just time your time. My 3yr old daughter loves the tee pee top and calls it her ice tower! (Shes loves Elsa from Frozen) and has spent quite alot of time in it with her toys. The slide is strong and its overall incredibly sturdy. We also have a 10yr old daughter who has enjoyed the monkey bars and frame too. Perfect addition to the garden for the children. Overall good value for money and very pleased with it."

"My son loves his TP climbing frame and explorer; every chance he gets, he is in it. Overall, I cannot fault the product itself. However, when I ordered the product, the slide arrived damaged; it was quickly dealt with and a second one was ordered, but it also arrived damaged. Bea, who was dealing with the issue, was very nice and professional. The courier service that was used (XDP) was absolutely terrible and should be replaced. Bea ordered the third slide and sent a member from her team to directly drop the slide to me and take the two damaged slides back. Overall, the TP Toys product is amazing, Bea was very professional and nice, but the courier service (XDP) needs to be replaced or you will lose customers."

On day of delivery on time and no issues. Climbing frame easy to assemble the only thing was only a couple of the bars were labelled, tools etc on a card and clearly labelled if all bars were labelled too this would make a bit easier."

"Good, solid climbing frame. Great price with additional add on options. We're experienced DIY'ers, but there were several pieces that we had to take off and re-do. This could easily have been avoided if all the pieces were numbered. Found we were a small part short. . . a quick phone call and we received it in the post the following day. The grandchildren, ages 3 to 8 absolutely love this frame and it was a joy to hear them being "pirates" and playing hide and seek in the den. So much better than the distraction of TV and other screens. Just to see them playing in the sunshine for hours has been worth every penny."
