"Really pleased overall, the structure is sturdy and looks good, and the kids love it. Everything has a good build quality. I knocked one star off as it wasn't the easiest thing to build - about 80% of it was fine, but a few pieces didn't have guide holes and needed to be quite precise, meaning I had to redo things once I realised they didn't quite line up. Also the bolts on the swing set were a bit of a nightmare. The price was reduced so it was good value for money."

"We brought the play tower and wavy slide for my daughters 3rd birthday. She absolutely loves it and I know she will have hours of fun. The product was shipped quickly and I was very surprised where wasnt much packaging, just 2 boxes an the slide. Overall the product was easy to put together but definitely took us alot longer than the 3 hours stated on the instructions. But that was probably more down to us then the product 🤣 we are definitely all very happy with the product and hope to add to it over time."
"Ordered this climbing frame as a gift. Delivery was on time and we were kept well informed throughout ref delivery timelines. Everything was so well package and had very clear instructions on how to assemble which took 2 of us a few hours. The quality of this product is outstanding, all wooden components sanded to perfection. We were so pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend this company and products."

"Purchased with the balcony and modified slightly to have ladder and slide at the front, to fit in a smaller space. Wood is lovely and smooth and treated. All parts were present. There were a few occasions we did the wrong thing and had to undo a step as the instructions could have had slightly more clarity. However overall very impressed. It took us about 8hrs total over 2 days to do it all. The only major thing I would change is the design of the ladder, it hurts feet to climb up and is more difficult for slightly younger children - this would be much better as actual steps. We have had lots of compliments on the way it looks and don’t feel the need to paint it at all."
"Very sturdy and reasonably priced compared to similar items on the market. Instructions are easy to follow and put together by myself in approx. 5 hours including the balcony which makes it so much bigger. I did have to add 2 steps onto the ladders to make it easier to climb though. I bought this for my 2 year old birthday present and he loves it! I would definitely recommend this climbing fame play tower with slide and balcony to anyone, just need to paint now and I'm sure it will last a good few years."
"The build of the treehouse is great! Couple of pre-drilled holes not exactly spot on, but made it work! Tower and house is very strong and solid built. Very good you can position the slide differently if needed and remove door etc if you wanted. Plus add-on basketball hoop. Issue with the shipping of the item, mainly no updates of tracking and dispatch but a quick email to the company, reply within 2 hours! Which is amazing. Shipping and delivery sorted and a follow up email to check all was good. Would definitely order from the company again. Great value"
