"Ordered a 2 seater swing with the large nest swing, and extra swing and button swing to go with it. When going to put it together, we only had 2 brackets, but needed 4, so couldn't put it together this weekend. I didnt realise you needed to purchase these separetly. I contacted TP via their chat box, they then contacted me by email sorted out my problem and parts arrived within 2 days without an additional charge or postage fee. "Solid wood frame. Easy assembly for me (I’m 5”2 52 yr old lady). Just needed my neighbour to help me stand it. Instructions are easy to understand. My 10year old daughter loves it and even I can lay on the nest swing. Delivery was on the designated day and friendly chap. Happy days"
