    We were undecided which swing

    "We were undecided which swing set to choose and emailed TP on 3 occasions to ask for advice on their products. We recognise these have been unprecedented times but the service we received was appalling with no response what so ever over several weeks. We now need an additional pair of brackets to attach a baby swing and I cannot see anywhere for us to do this on the web site which along with poor communication from TP is very frustrating."
