Quality issues

"The trampoline is really good and the kids love it. It did however take me quite a bit longer than the instructions said would take to build it. Unfortunately there are some quality issues with mine. The frame was damaged in a couple of places, a Velcro tab was wrong and would not stick as both sides were the same part of the Velcro (the felt/soft side) and there was a tab missing so I could not thread the string around the netting fully."
