"The delivery process was delayed but the customer help team were great at tracking and chasing the courier which is out with their control beyond chasing them and keeping me informed. Top customer service. Once the weather allowed it was fairly straight forward to build taking couple hours. My boy loves it and spends his time outside up and down in and out this new playhouse. A couple of the pre drilled holes were not quite in alignment, and one of the roof top plates for the sealing strip was extremely bowed but the roof is going to be felted once painted. Easily assembled in 2-3 hours with an extra pair of hands! One of the screw numbers is incorrect between the instructions and the packet. But overall it looks great and extremely pleased with the product, and one happy 3yo keeping busy…"
"The Hill Top Tower playhouse has been the PERFECT base for my solar-power fun house creation for my kids which includes lights, fan and bubble machine. The playhouse is really well thought out in terms of looks and design. I think it's the best looking playhouse available and the build process is very straight forward. The wood and fittings all seem good quality. The fact the house is elevated off the ground and has a slide was a key draw for me but also that it's fairly light so can be moved around the garden. I went for the grey and white colour scheme after looking online for inspiration. Mounting the 25W solar panel was easy as I could line it up with the wooden beams in the roof panels. Attached externally to the back of the house is the charge controller and 8ah battery in a separate enclosure to keep away from little hands! I laser cut the plywood for a control panel and then wired up the switches. The circuit is 12v apart from stepping down to 5v for the bubble machine. There is voltage protection and cut offs on all 4 sub-circuits to make sure it's extra safe! I 3D printed mounts for the bubble machine in the eves of the roof at the front. 4 outdoor festoon lights were used for the outside lights. Strip LED lights were used inside. I also managed to find a 12v fan online that I was able to mount to the top of the back wall inside the house. I'm very happy with the end result which I think looks good in the garden but doesn't sacrifice any functionality. My children love playing with it and have already gone through litres of bubble mixture! We now have to have loads of playdates for fiends to come and try it! Thanks to TP Toys for an excellent product. I would love to try and now build another playhouse and connect the two with a suspended drawbridge!"
"We are extremely pleased with this playhouse. From start to finish, the experience has been very positive. The assembly process was straightforward and well thought out. The instructions were clear, all components were present, and it went together far more easily than expected. Even without specialist tools, the build was manageable and did not take long to complete. Most importantly, our daughter absolutely loves it. It has quickly become her favourite place to play, and she spends hours in there using her imagination. The design is ideal for young children, and it feels like a great addition to our garden.
