"After looking through a lot of website at a lot of swings, this was a clear frontrunner. The height of it means that even my 9 year old can swing really high. It is very sturdy and feels really good quality. We ordered it with the Quadpod seat so that we could use the swing seat for the older children in our family, and add in the baby seat for the littlest. When it looked like this was going to snap some parts of the quadpod seat (the plastic started to bend and go white), customer service quickly sent a replacement. When I questioned whether this could be switched regularly without breaking it, a different replacement seat was sent (so I can switch between ages without removing the quadpod seat). This is some of the best customer service I've ever had! I was so thankful that it was so easy to sort out, and had really pleasant responses from the team. The quadpod seat is very comfortable for my 1 year old (she happily sits in there for more than half an hour!). It was easy to assemble. The only slightly (and it is only very slightly) annoying thing is that there is a squeak each time the swing goes forwards and backwards. We're so happy with this product and it looks like it will last for a really long time. Would really recommend!"
