Great product, customer service terrible.
"The swing set is brilliant , the grandchildren absolutely love the UFO pod and the pirate boat.....But.... I asked customer services if I needed to buy the brackets separately for the pirate boat as I was buying a build it yourself set. I was told they're included. No they weren't!!!!!. It was bought for Easter so had to put it together with what we had. Because there is no telephone number you have to do everything on a chatline. Tried and tried to connect with someone.... to no avail. It was before the Bank holiday.Eventually after Easter I contacted someone on the chat, no one had answered my email to customer service asking for the brackets. I was then told that the brackets were not included, and I should have bought some, but they would send some gratis. We then had to get a friend over to help take the set apart to add on the new brackets. All in all very frustrating and I wasted a lot of time because you cannot actually speak to anyone."

Kids happy but quality could have been better
"The triple swing is a great size and the pirate boat has been a huge hit with the kids. We are however disappointed with the build quality. The top brackets allow far too much movement between bracket and post causing the whole structure to sway, we had to add in wedges ourselves to tighten things up and reduce movement. The swing brackets are also far too wide which results in very clunky swinging, easily solved with the addition of a washer to each hinge point. The swing now seems sturdy but we are disappointed that we had to make our own amendments. Our daughter has also found the straps on the single swing to be very uncomfortable on her hands. We may have to swap these out for more traditional ropes."
