"We bought the playhouse for our granddaughter The quality is good but not amazing We ordered 4x window shutters which we were told were needed but they are not as they come with enough I’ve emailed tp toys 3 times with no response as I want to return and buy another accessory I eventually talked to an advisor on the phone who told me to email exactly what I want to return and send photos etc….
