"The trailer part was broken in several places resulting in sharp edges have tried emailing company but as yet no real answer but another 2 days to go would not want to possibly buy from them again as after service not very satisfactory tractor itself ok. Butfairly difficult to put together & not sure we can undo it to send back !"
"Excellent service and fast delivery. Product good quality, easily assembled and little 2 year old Granddaughter loved it. Would order again from this company."
"I was very disappointed with the overall quality and fit of the product. To start with it was rattling from loose bits inside, but no obvious way to open it up. After some ingenuity I was able to extract several loose pieces of plastic created during the injection moulding process and should have been removed before packing. After this I encountered the impossible method of putting the main wheels on the rear axle where the manufacturers have created an interference fit where the wheel should just slide on. Wooden blocks, a hammer and further creativity was required to fit the items together and I haven’t started on the axle for the trailer. Instructions worse than useless with parts left over and some parts not identified at all. Zero instructions for the decals so it was make it up as you go. Fortunately I am a chartered mechanical engineer with plenty of tools, but I pity those less experienced . . . ."
