Good quality, poor installation design

"Good quality addition to their slide. Let down by the complexity of assembly, with pre-drilled holes in only half of the timbers, necessitating woodworking skills and equipment (eg set square, accurate metal tape, drill). Also the plastic slide mounting to the wooden structure was not well designed and seemed a bit fragile."

Grandson loves it!

"Bought for grandsons 5th birthday (together with the slide and extension- lucky grandson!) and he loves all of it. Only 4 stars because the first Aqua slide was faulty and could not be connected to the hose so one very disappointed little boy BUT as soon as I reported the fault backed up with pictures a replacement was sent very promptly. So thank you TP."
