"Recently I wanted to renew both the child swing and the baby swing for a very old double swing and round wood frame. The photos only show the swing and NOT the way it is attached to the top round bar. I could have bought and just assumed they would fit but that could have ended in costly returns and delays so I contacted TP toys. What a nightmare………. However, eventually I had an email conversation with Zain who sorted things out. Until the carrier messed up the order, not TP toys fault but their problem. The moral: OK if you want a complete set, otherwise ‘buckle up’."
