"I ordered a Sherwood swing with Bluey Quadrapod on Wednesday evening with a nominated delivery on the following Tuesday as my daughter and granddaughter we’re away on holiday until the early hours of Friday morning. I was house and dog sitting and I wanted it to be a surprise. I didn’t receive a notice of dispatch and by the Tuesday morning the delivery company sent an email saying they’d received the items. I was beginning to think the delivery date was not going to be met but 2 hours later the tracking kicked in and by 11.30 the kit was delivered. Lunched whist reading the assembly instructions and the whole thing was built single handed in 1 1/2 hours. Excellent quality and looked amazing in the garden. I collected the family from the airport on the Friday morning in complete darkness and we all went to bed. The squeals of delight when the curtains were opened was worth the purchase price itself. One really happy Grandie and couldn’t of wished for anything more. One criticism perhaps a little more info on delivery would have calmed the nerves but boy am I more than delighted with my purchase. Looking at some previous reviews I’m very sorry for those that have had a more disappointing experience but speak as you find. Absolutely amazing purchase and one very happy Grandie."

"I'm only giving four as there was a mistake with the delivery, I didn't receive the Bluey Quadpod, it was another one. I got in touch with customer services and Jackie has promptly and kindly sorted the error and is sending another quadpod out. That said the swing is lovely, well made and easy enough for my little nephew's Dadda to put together for him. He loves it and will even more so when the Bluey quad pod arrives. I'd recommend this swing as the clever quadpod takes the little ones through to older years, what a clever idea!"

Optimistic for years of use

"Bought this for a child’s birthday present which was on a Sunday. Decided to take a chance as delivery stipulated Friday delivery. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive in time. I contacted the supplier Friday afternoon for an update and the upshot was get back in touch in a couple of days if still not received. Disappointed with delivery therefore. The swing itself is simple to assemble- steel brackets hold crossbar and legs together which will be easy to maintain and repaint as and when required. The timber frame components themselves , legs and crossbar, are substantial and treated. There are a lot of cracks and splits in the timber and although some can be expected, I would have expected better grading. I am expecting a good few years service from the swing with TLC. I think replacement swing seats and ropes etc would be easy to replace too when required."
