"The wooden forest swing is a beautiful addition to my garden, and assembling it was straightforward thanks to the clear instructions. Delivery was prompt and smooth. Because I purchased it during the sale, it offered great value for money. My granddaughter absolutely loves the swing."
"Lovely swing. My daughter is happy and the timber is of good quality. We were disappointed with the ground stakes though - installed them as per instructions with concrete too and my daughter tumbled off the swing as the ground stakes lifted out the ground. They are plastic stakes and flimsy, they don’t go far in the ground either. We spent another £50 buying metal long corkscrew stakes to fit to the legs of the swing which have done the trick and now the swing is secure."
"Absolutely over the moon with the service and quality of product. Got it on a great promotion, much cheaper than other online retailers for the same item and not at all let down by the quality. Ordered on a Sunday, delivered by Tuesday and we had it full up in about 2 hours. Instructions were clear bar pre drilling the slide and the slats on the platform could have been predrilled for spacing but appreciate that would have added to the cost. Maybe just include some 28mm spacer blocks? Only other criticism would be one of the screws required is 32, but only 28 supplied. Not end of the world, I have spares. Other than it's fantastic and the little one is over the moon. Barely been off it since we got it! Oh and the ground spikes are a nice inclusion, gives me great confidence that it isn't going anywhere."
"Extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service. The wood supplied was the wrong size and we were unable to attach the slide. Despite several attempts to speak with customer service we got absolutely nowhere in terms of them issuing us with replacement parts despite them requesting photos and serial numbers which we went in several times. The swing part is completely useless as well because the plastic seat slips on the fabric and tips the child off. This was my daughters 3rd birthday present and it is now just a useless eyesore in our garden which my daughter can’t use. A complete and utter waste of money and effort and a very disappointed little girl."

"Bought for 9 month old granddaughter who loves the swing. The quadpod seat will give her years of future use and enjoyment Frame and seat both excellent quality and apperance. Assembly fairly straight forward but as other comments a bit puzzled why some holes were not pre-drilled. A suggestion , it would be helpful to note on the instructions all the tools needed as the supplied spanner does not fit all bolts"

"Loved by our 3 and 4 year old grandchildren. It was easy to order and was delivered promptly and I was kept informed. The frame is very sturdy, the wood is smooth, so no risk of splinters and the children can easily master the steps up to the slide. However, the tapes on the swings do cut into the children's hands and have a tendency to slip if the child doesn't sit straight on the seat. Therefore only awarding it 4 stars. We had this same set up 9 years ago for our first grandchild and the swing seats were much better as they had ropes which were much easier for a young child to grip and also didn't slip so the swing seat stayed flat."
