On day of delivery on time and no issues. Climbing frame easy to assemble the only thing was only a couple of the bars were labelled, tools etc on a card and clearly labelled if all bars were labelled too this would make a bit easier."

I put the whole thing up myself, I did not have the patience to wait for my husband to help me. The instructions were clear and simple to follow. I had some questions and the company responded to me extremely quickly, I've never actually experienced a more responsive customer service. It is robust and extremely entertaining for my 6 year olds. . . . who need a lot of entertaining! Couldn't recommend more."
"Overall the instructions to build were a bit confusing at times. Took a lot longer to build than it said. one part on the jungle run was faulty and the customer service team were brilliant. "The climbing frame, slide, and swing attachment are all of excellent quality. The pieces are strong, sturdy, and easy to assemble. Once assembled it is also quite straightforward to change/move pieces around (e. g. we switched the placement of the slide and swing to all more play space in our garden) my 3 children (ages 5, 5, and 3) love it and have already come up with multitude ways to utilise the different parts of the climbing frame. It does take up quite a lot of room but, hey, so do young children, at least with this frame they have somewhere for physical and imaginative play, somewhere to burn energy and develop their proprioception, gross motor skills, balance, and sharing space. Highly recommend."

"This has been such a great edition to our garden, both kids aged 6&2 love it and it has been used nearly every day. We were really on the fence about getting a bit piece of equipment but the fact it has already been used so much and it such a high quality has been a pay off in our books. We bought the same brand climbing frame and giant swing frame for our own children over 20 years ago, was great to be able to go back for the same quality after all this time. We didn't put the bottom ball pit on as we didn't want the grass to die under it and also risk it being used as a cat toilet (our own and others)"
