FAQs

You can build this trampoline without the help of professional a professional installation team. We advise it should take two adults approximately four hours to completely build the Infinity Leap trampoline.

The Infinity Leap trampoline does come with a safety enclosure. You can also buy a protective mat cover, a ladder & an anchor kit separately. We recommend buying these accessories as they can help protect your trampoline & ensure safety by securing it to the ground.

All measurements for our trampolines are available on our product pages. We recommend you have at least a two meter gap on all sides between the trampoline & any other surface, as our enclosures will flex outward. It is also important to place your trampoline on a flat surface so this may determine which sized trampoline you can fit in your garden.

The TP Infinity range is engineered with industry-leading safety features, including:

  • patented SurroundSafe® enclosure system, which keeps jumpers completely separated from springs and frame at all times.
  • rigid top ring for maximum net tension and structural stability.
  • galvanised steel frame with superior rust protection for lasting durability.
  • Thick UV-resistant frame pads that offer more padding than competitor frames.

All Infinity trampolines exceed EN71 safety standards, giving parents complete peace of mind.

Great trampoline

"Really sturdy, feels like it'll last a good few years. Quiet bounce. Pretty easy to put up in a few hours."

— Katy R. (5/5)

"Very safe and fun to use. Quite complicated to put together with only pictures but well designed. Written instructions with the diagrams would be useful."

— Joanne (5/5)

Great Trampoline

"We bought this trampoline to replace an original 20+ year old TP toys trampoline that was worn out having been passed round all the children in our family. This new version is just as solid and sturdy as the original and I am told by my 12 year old that it is just as bouncy, which was a major factor in choosing the replacement as all of his friends trampolines just aren't as good as my old TP one! Really pleased ad can highly recommend."

"Great trampoline sturdy and not difficult to put up Great collapsing safety net"

— Julia (5/5)

Okay but not great. Instructions very poor.

"Very poor instructions. In this day and age seems very basic to have a video that shows how to put it up. Patronising and pointless advice given to asking for clarification on the written instructions. Worry, its not very robust. There is a 100kg weight limit, and we have only had 60kg on it but already 2 attachments and springs broken."

— Katie W. (3/5)

Watch out for paint !!

"It’s a very clever design but …. The logo infinity which is printed on the canvas was printed wonky and when anyone jumps on it they get covered in white paint!! Paint paint all over the trampoline ."

— Sarah L. (3/5)

Fantastic trampoline, highly recommend!

"Fantastic trampoline, our children love it, it feels really high quality and very safe as it's not possible for them to jump on the springs. It did take 4+ hours to put together, but well worth it!"

— Georgina J. (5/5)

"Built on my own in a few hours. Doorway narrow enough that I can’t get in myself (or so I’ve told the kids) so now freed from unreasonable demands to join in. Collapses down easily for winter storage."

— James (5/5)

Birthday gift

"Bought as a birthday gift for my 2 grandaughters. Excellent quality will provide hours of entertainment in the years to come. Mum and grandma will also have a sneaky go!"
