"Great product and excellent customer service. Messaged before purchase to confirm details and got response straight away. Was able to choose a delivery day and time convenient for me. On day of delivery on time and no issues. Climbing frame easy to assemble the only thing was only a couple of the bars were labelled, tools etc on a card and clearly labelled if all bars were labelled too this would make a bit easier."

"My children (5 and 2) both love the climbing frame with monkey bars. We didn't add the ball pit to the bottom of the main tower when building as a few other reviews have mentioned, and it was fairly easy to build once you've worked out which piece is which. My children have played with this every day since we put it up."

"I honestly wish we hadn’t bought this at times. Seriously. Our boys (6 and 3) LOVE it. They wake up every morning and ask for “one go” which usually means they spend the first twenty minutes of the day outside - what more could I ask for! Well, for them to listen when it’s time to come back inside"

I put the whole thing up myself, I did not have the patience to wait for my husband to help me. The instructions were clear and simple to follow. I had some questions and the company responded to me extremely quickly, I've never actually experienced a more responsive customer service. It is robust and extremely entertaining for my 6 year olds. . . . who need a lot of entertaining! Couldn't recommend more."

"The climbing frame, slide, and swing attachment are all of excellent quality. The pieces are strong, sturdy, and easy to assemble. Once assembled it is also quite straightforward to change/move pieces around (e. g. we switched the placement of the slide and swing to all more play space in our garden) my 3 children (ages 5, 5, and 3) love it and have already come up with multitude ways to utilise the different parts of the climbing frame. It does take up quite a lot of room but, hey, so do young children, at least with this frame they have somewhere for physical and imaginative play, somewhere to burn energy and develop their proprioception, gross motor skills, balance, and sharing space. Highly recommend."
