"I purchased this product and signed up for their newsletter with the promise of a 10% discount code for signing up. When i came to use this code it was not accepted. I contacted customer services only to be told that the discount did not apply to this product. Surprise surprise. What a con. Customer services said someone would be in touch. Well 5 weeks on, I've heard absolutely nothing. As for the product, I'm very pleased with it, hence the 4 stars. As for being mislead by the company amd the lack of follow up customer service, I would rate 1 star, at best."

CHECK YOU HAVE ALL SCREWS

"CHECK YOU HAVE ALL SCREWS / PARTS BEFORE BUILDING Delighted with the actual product and it was relatively simple to put together once we had all the correct parts. However we were initially missing 4 screws. Contacted TP straight away who said they would be sent to us within 5 days. 2 weeks later, we received a parcel with 2 (rather than the 4 we needed) of the wrong type of screw. Thankfully we had sourced our own in the meantime as we had 2 children desperate to play but would have been extremely disappointed if we hadn't done so! A little careless."
