Reviews

Excellent

"We went from a wooden frame to this metal one and could not be better. My daughter loves this so much , lots to choose from to do and we also attached the slide as the frame comes with a slide attachment and also bought the monkey bars to attach too. Great product can tell it will last years. We have the matching ufo swing set too and together the set looks great in the garden. We went for the green blue style and it’s lovely"

Kids love it

"Our kids absolutely love this, and once it's built and pegged into the ground it feels really sturdy and solid. I will say though, we found it really tricky to build. Some parts of the instructions weren't that clear, and it's one of the most awkward things we've ever put together. It was worth it, as the kids adore it however I would never want to build one again!"

Alice S. (4/5)

Excellent.

"I bought the climbing frame to replace a smaller slide. My son is four and it’s perfect for him with room to grow; it’s easy to climb up and the den is really exciting for him. We’ve yet to install the bars as assembly was a little tricky - not impossible but did require us to be uber organised with measuring some of the poles as not all were labelled. No issues with the screws. That being said, my son loves it and worth every penny and challenge."

Excellent value for money

"Bought this for my grandchildren aged 2-6. They love it. Easy to put together and extremely pleased with it. My only gripe is the advertised 48 hour delivery which meant I placed the order for when my grandchildren were away to give me time to put it together. This turned out to be 4 days as the delivery company don’t work weekends. Which is fine but this needs to be clear when ordering. Otherwise everything else lovely."

Fantastic climbing frame

"This has been worth every penny spent on it. My grandson is non verbal profoundly autistic and he loves this so much. It’s really helped regulate him and give him a safe space to rest in it’s been lovely to see how much happiness it’s bought him and his baby sister couldn’t recommend anything better hopefully will be adding to the frame with slide and monkey net and rails."

Fab climbing frame set

"Fab climbing frame kit and great price! It took 2 of us to build it and about 3 hours. Our son loves it and the fact he has a den now too. Provides all day entertainment as it’s versatile. I’ve added rubber tape to the steps and swing to add grip. Also added adhesive zips so the doors can be fixed shut :)"

Perfect for the summer!

"My girls both love their new slide! The tent piece makes a good hide out and they love climbing everywhere… slight hiccup with the delivery but quickly sorted."

Andreatte B. (5/5)

"I purchased a TP Toys climbing frame over a week ago because it advertised 48-hour free delivery. I bought it so it would arrive in time for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. Sadly, only the slide arrived and the climbing frame never did. I waited a couple of days, hoping the rest would turn up, but nothing. I contacted TP Toys, who said they had spoken to the courier and were adamant it would be delivered today (Monday). I was also promised a call from TP Toys first thing Monday morning. Neither happened. My daughter was absolutely gutted. I had even arranged for my dad, who lives 1.5 hours away, to drive over and help. I had told her it would be ready when she came home from nursery. I understand delivery issues happen, but the lack of communication has been dreadful. Being promised a delivery and a phone call that never happened is incredibly disappointing. Sadly, this has ruined what was meant to be a very special birthday surprise. I expected much better from TP Toys."

Brilliant climbing frame

"Lovely climbing frame, the instructions were abit confusing as the steps were abit hard to read, the bars on the den part could do with labels for each part as I put some in the wrong areas as didn't know which one to use but with abit of help from a family member who already built it I got it sorted quite easily. It's a lovely frame and my kids love using it. It's a shame you can't make it abit taller in size by 3 levels, but will be buying the next accessories at some point soon so my youngest has monkey bars higher up, she's 7 but quite tall so touches the floor with the one attached to this frame. Overall an amazing buy, can't wait add to it some more ☺️"

Great value climbing frame

"My sons aged 4 and 7 are really enjoying their climbing frame- it has prompted lots of imaginative play. Very solid. Customer service were very helpful with a problem we had building the slide."

Q&A

Hi, Can this be used on a patio or concrete floor?
No, all TP products need to be on impact absorbing ground.
Hi. Is there an anchoring kit available for this Explorer climbing frame please? And if so, how much is it and how do I order it?
The Explorer is supplied with its own ground anchors
I’m assembling the frame now & am unsure if the clear plastic covers on each end of the struts are supposed to be taken off or left on prior to assembling them onto the frame. Were these covers just put on as protection while in transit and meant to be removed along with the plastic sleeves covering each strut or are these covers meant to buffer the struts from the frame and prevent paint damage when fully assembled? The included instructions don’t make any mention of these covers.
Yes this should be left on to protect the ends
Is it possible to to buy a replacement for the top tent/canopy of the Explorer Climbing Frame?
Yes this is available here https://www.tptoys.com/collections/climbing-frame-accessories-explorer/products/tp-explorer-replacement-den
Where is this item manufactured?
This product is manufactured in our factory in China
