"Quality looks good although we haven’t had it for that long at this point so let’s see if it lasts. Could do with some extra planks of wood on the back so items don’t fall off. The black parts can be drawn on with chalk which is extra fun. A bit fiddly to put together but I was able to do it without assistance and instructions are detailed"

"This is the best mud kitchen I've seen and well worth the price. The water dispenser and sink are a big hit with my daughter and she likes that it looks like it has a hob and oven. She couldn't wait to use it before we'd finished making her play area and it has been used every day since we put it up. The pans and whisk that come with it are great. It's well made and straightforward to put together. You do need to drill holes for the screws if you don't want to risk the wood splitting as the holes are not pre-drilled. Took me about 2. 5 hours to put together on my own. Quick delivery too. All in all very happy with it!"

What wood have you used and what have you done to it to make it more weather proof?
The wood is yellow cypress and is pressure treated
Is it ok to leave it outside or should we paint it or cover it?
The Mud Kitchens are pre-treated but like any other wooden item in the garden we would advise to store somewhere dry and indoors over winter to prolong the life
What’s the height of the bench?
The height to the play area is approximately 50cm
