"This is the best mud kitchen I've seen and well worth the price. The water dispenser and sink are a big hit with my daughter and she likes that it looks like it has a hob and oven. She couldn't wait to use it before we'd finished making her play area and it has been used every day since we put it up. The pans and whisk that come with it are great. It's well made and straightforward to put together. You do need to drill holes for the screws if you don't want to risk the wood splitting as the holes are not pre-drilled. Took me about 2. 5 hours to put together on my own. Quick delivery too. All in all very happy with it!"

"I bought this mud kitchen for my 2 yr old grandson. His eyes lit up when we all went into the garden to see it built. He immediately started turning the water on and off and mixing up stuff in the little pots. He will get used to pushing the sink lid open and shut, he can do so much. This will bring hours of fun for him in the garden this summer. This is a well built kit made with quality materials. It’s sturdy and weather proofed wood. What wood have you used and what have you done to it to make it more weather proof?
The wood is yellow cypress and is pressure treated
Is it ok to leave it outside or should we paint it or cover it?
The Mud Kitchens are pre-treated but like any other wooden item in the garden we would advise to store somewhere dry and indoors over winter to prolong the life
What’s the height of the bench?
The height to the play area is approximately 50cm
