The platform of the house is pressure treated, so there’s No need to re-apply any stain unless you wish to for aesthetic reasons. The preassembled panels of the house have been clear-dipped. Periodic staining is recommended on these to ensure it performs for years to come.

- How big is this also what’s age range?
- The footprint for this house is 187x131x197H , the age range will depnd on th child really as all children grow at such varying rates but we say from age 18months so is a smaller house
- Is I possible to order the TP Sunnyside Wooden Tower Playhouse with Slide with a pink or grey slide instead of the green one?
